Help please,

I have just installed 4.0.4 and now my front page of my site isn't being updated with the latest posts - see Talk Angling Fishing Chat

Any ideas what is wrong?

It doesn't update, when someone starts a new thread or posts in an existing thread it doesnt update the CMS
