Here's the story: I figured out how to e-mail all my users using a trick of the password reset. I haven't tried this yet because my site hasn't gone live yet (all my members are imported from phpbb and drupal).

Anyways, I was curious if there is any way to e-mail all your users with a custom e-mail, without involving passwords. I tried installing microNewsletter, but it didn't work out so well. Are there any options in vBulletin that I don't know about that would allow me to do this?

Just go into the admin panel email users and also tick email those that opt out admin emails this will email them all.
