hi.
i need to create a design for vb3.85 based on the default design.
all i need to do is to add a custom header and footer to the forums.
i have the header and footer already designed, all i need to do is to add those to the default design.

i need to create two templates:
1 1024 fixed
2. 100% stretchable

i have the header and footer already designed for both options, all i need is to make it a vbulletin template.

i am sorry if this is the wrong place for posting this but i need help and if someone would like to do this job for me ill be happy to pay him for this.

All you want is for someone to add your header/footer to the default vB skin.?
Very simple, & shouldn't need to pay anyone for that. (if i understand correctly)
