Is anybody able to create a mod that allows the Rad Upload software to be integrated into vb 3.8.5?

It is being used successfully on this forum - www.ultimatereef.net (they've called it Uploader but you need to be registered to see it). I would love to be able to use this on my forum to upload images as it comes up in a nice popup and automatically resizes them and creates a thumbnail album of all of your uploads.

Out of curiosity where did you guys think this applet would go- where the 'manage attachments' are on a new post, or on a separate page altogether, or somewhere else.
