reputation give on "reply with quote"

I would like a mod that gives reputation when a message is posted using the repy with quote button. In the reputation list it will say something like "user replied" and like back to the message. I would like this to be able to adjust how much rep is given for this as well. I thought i saw something like this on a 3.8 board way back but can't find the mod.
