SMS Module

I have vBulletin® Version 3.8.4 running on my website. I would like to have a module made.

The module will be an SMS Module.

Basicly i want that to work in vbulletin with vbulletin as main script and the other as module.
I want to be able to install, reinstall, disable, uninstall the module when i need it, just like a notmal module for vbulletin.

1. While registering verification code will be sent to mobile number & mobile verification along with activation is done.

2. Administrator can able to send sms to all users who had registered their mobile number while registering.

This module can work for version 3.00 AND version 4.0 and above.
