Advice needed: Custom Pages
Good Afternoon everyone;
I am writing this to try and gauge what other forum administrators out there think "in their professional opinion" would be the better option for me to chose for the below situation. I run a Sports Network/website, where we have the latest news, blogs, message board etc however we now have a program that assists us in providing sport statistics for a number of the sports our members absolutely love and enjoy. Okay so here is the situation: This program outputs html files with all of the latest statistics from a wide range of sports, each time we run the program to update it creates about 100 html pages that we have to some how get onto our website. So I am tossing up between two options; of which I am hoping you could share your thoughts would be the best option. The first option is to create custom vB Pages (as I said about 100 of them) and put all of this information in each of the page - even though this would need to be updated each month with the latest statistics. The other option is using vBAdvanced which is where we could more or less upload our html files directly to them. I don't care time wise what is involved I just mean which would be easier to set up and maintain. What do you think would be easier to handle? |
