Looking for a mod that sends out an email..

Hello,
I am looking for a good mod that sends out an email to members that have been unactive for a while and a mod that sends out an email to members that never followed the registration link after registration.
I think i have stumbled on these mods but cant find them now.
Thankful for direkting me in the right way!
