I have been a vB customer for 10 years and now when I am attempting to upgrade my forum I am unable to log in with my customer number. It has been over a year that I have done an upgrade so I am wondering if something changed with the vb4 release such that I need a new license? Please advise. Thank you.

Make sure all the files you uploaded are files downloaded using that same customer number.
