Redirect After Activation

After a user activates his or her account, they get taken to a page that says:

Thank You, so and so. Your registration is now complete.

You may now proceed to edit your Profile in order to fill in additional personal details about yourself, or you could modify your Options to customize your browsing experience of this site. If you would rather do these things later, you can do so by following the links around the site to your User Control Panel.

Alternatively, you can simply go back to the Forums and start posting in threads.

Well, is there a way to make it so that users see a different page rather than this page? I have a page all made (named welcome.php) and I would really like to redirect users to that page instead.

There's this code that I changed:

Nothing changed though.
