Memeber log in problem

I don't know whether I should ask this here or on another forum.
I have a member that has complained that when He tries to login he gets an ad flashing up over the sign in window saying something like "ASP.net discussions " what sort of games are they playing and what do I do to stop it? My site is myforumplace.com
