I'm using it on 4.0.3 and it works fine.

Instructions:
1-copy below code and save it to a file as "photoshop.php" (also at bottom of post for DL)
2-FTP to forum root
3-type "http://www.mysitename/forum/photoshop.php" in your browser
4-DONE.
