Convert Facebook connect with the built in one?

I had facebook connect plug in running on the old version of the board. I see that there is no facebook connect product for 4.0.3

I do see the facebook option in admin ... but it seems that the people that were already members using the facebook connect cant re-link the accounts ...

Is there a upgrade note on this?
