Mod to prevent users from putting links in their sigs until x number of posts

Looking for a mod that would prevent a user from using [ url ] code/links in their signature until they have a minimum number of posts or been a member for a certain amount of time... The newest 'spammers' seem to be people who leave somewhat on topic messages that don't say much but then change their sig in a few days to a link- presumably to get traffic and/or better search engine rankings- this would solve that.

Search for Advanced Permissions Based in titles only, Cyb's hack will work.

Thanks, I installed it. It will prevent users from posting links in a post but doesn't stop them in signatures though. It will stop users from viewing links in sigs.
