fix: arcade footer messed up?

Our footer was a bit messed up after the recent upgrade to 4.0.3 (see before and after shots).

To fix:
edit the ARCADE template and remove the '</div>' 4th line from the bottom.


For years we've been using the great resources on vbulletin.org. If this helps someone out, then we're glad to be giving something back :up:
