Default Preview Image Advanced
I would like for someone to make a more advanced preview image for the CMS... Here is my thinking...

When creating an article, have an option (separate from other image uploads - Call it Preview Image Upload) to upload a preview image.

This image will take the place of the first image/video in the article as the default preview image in the CMS.

This way we avoid ugly thumbnail resizes and can control the width/height of each image much better.

I am trying to make it so that every article has a 150 X 150 preview image in the CMS, but I don't want to upload one in the article just so it shows as a preview image....
