Report Post As Spam Function

Hi All,
Vbulletin has a function at the front end whereby is users click on the "report post as spam" icon, an email goes out to all moderators and administrators with a link to that post.
How can i disclude some moderators or administrators from receiving this email.
I only want this email to go to certain moderators and not every one of them.
It wastes a lot of time when all moderators check the same link.

I have tried to achieve this using "turn off email notification" feature but that doesnt seem to effect this.
Can someone advise me how to do this?

I don't think it goes to all moderators, only the ones in charge of that forum.

It goes out to all administrators. Is there a way to exclude a certain administrator from these emails.

I don't think so. Do you really get so many reported posts that it's a problem? How do you discuss the reported posts if everyone doesn't see it?
