Header problem only in Chrome help

If I use IE or Firefox things are fine but if I use google chrome then it messes up my header fill for some reason. I put the firefox look and then the google chrome appearance to show as an example. I also added the code I use too. Notice the middle section differences.

CSS used:

I also have to use this header template edit too:

<div id="headerFill"><div id="headerL"></div><div id="headerR"></div></div>

Hopefully this is an easy fix.
