New to Vbulletin 4

Hey guys, few questions if i may.

1) I changed the default time on the forum to EST time but it still goes by GMT time on the bottom. Any way to fix it?

2) I uploaded a new style to the forum. But unfortunately it blocks out the Facebook Connect button on top of the screen.
