Footer thingy?

Check this link:-

Code:

http://www.forum-lance.com/index.php?styleid=90

And below the footer there's a place with logo, copyright, Site navigation as attached, how do I do that to the footer template? Can you give me the codes and what should I add? is there a plugin?

Edit:- move this post to vB3, wrong section, thank you!
