With the section widget can u edit any files that allow you to change the text from "Sections" to something more suitable like Navigation, etc? if so can someone help

Just edit the template. Click on the Configure button on the Widgets page to get the name of the template for the widget.

where do i do that? ive tried to do it through the AdminCp but cant manage to find it, lol

Where do you do what? The Widgets are in a section in the admin cp > vBulletin CMS area. Templates are found under Styles & Templates > Style Manager.
