Forum Thread template scheme

I had this before on wbb years ago..
A plugin in which I can add some content whenever they make a thread inside a specific forum.

Example:

Introduction Forum -> they make a Thread:

They automatically have ex. somethiong liek this inside the field to write content:

Name:
Age:
Location:

Someone knows the plugin for such@ vbb4?

[your24hourstore]

showthread could be edited to show that probibly pulled from profile infomation
since it has the information fields already existing

also if you want to just have this in some forums , there is a hack called easy forms that would add all this to the post on submission, you have to create the form but its not hard .

i just looked in profile if they set all this information up it will be shown just how you would like it to be shown
what you need is a way to force them to fill out there profile completly :>

Actually it was just an example =) shouldnt be used for intro part.. but for several sections on the forum...
