I downloaded the projects and I noticed that the download contains files that are part of Vbulletin. Are we supposed to overwrite the existing files?

I think this should not happen, a list of needed files will be reviewed.
I uploaded all files and I saw no issues actually.

The current vbulleting suite download includes three projects images, which is a mistake in the vb package I would say (images/statusicon/project_*.png).
The PT download appears to contain two vb4 files includes/class_upload.php includes/class_reportitem.php These are identical versions in PT to the current 4.0.3 versions - I would say this is a mistake in th PT download and they should be removed.

includes/class_upload.php has been removed in the package Andrew updated on Friday to add includes/class_upload_pt.php.

The same will be done with class_reportitem.php
