how to colorize the project?

the color of pt is different from my site color

from where can i colorize it like stylevar or any thing else?

All styling is currently in projecttools.css template, but I'm not 100% certain on that one.

Yes, as part of the conversion process, we hope to place all CSS in the StyleVar system.

Yep, correct. It is all hard-coded into that template and there are no StyleVars yet.
