How do I limit a forum requiring 1 week membership + 10 posts to post in it?
How would I do this? Im using vbulletin 4

I don't think there's an automated way to do that, if that's what you're asking.

its easy you use the promotion system and start them in anew low class the promote them to a normal class in usergroups heres apic of the settings
