IP Address and Alert On User Log In

Hey all,
I have two questions:

1) Is there a way to view a list of IP addresses a specific user has logged in on (I know the IP address log but this only shows the IP that the user registered from and any posts but I want to see log ins)

and

2) Is there a plug in or mod out there to send me an email every time a specific user logs in if I want to monitor what they are doing?
