After upgrading to 4.0.3 and making several adjustments recommended in other threads here, I still get the following error message at the top of the arcade home page:

which version of ibProArcade are you running ?
upgrade to vB4 went all without errors ?

ibProArcade v2.7.0+ detects the vB-version and uses vB4-classes if it finds vB4...

I am getting the same error. Running 4.0.3. The arcade page loads without the navbar and navlinks though? I just installed v2.7.0 over an older version....moved from vb 3.8.4.

seems you may want to try and over write the files again.
and revert any templates you may have edited ..

Warning: fetch_template replaced by the vB_Template class
is what vb4 is looking for so you still may have old code in there from vb3
