Wire Transfer/Manual payment API for Paid Subscriptions

I'm looking for a way to take manual payments for the paid subscriptions system. Something that I can call Wire Transfer, or Internet Transfer, and something that has a text block where I can put banking details, and other information that will instruct the user what to do for payment.

Does anyone know of a modification that will do this?
