need help - adding text

i'm a big noob here and in need of help.

does anyone know how to add text in the forum colored bar that is directly above the "main forum" I believe it is called "forumhead_background" in stylevar.

currently, it has "Main Category" written in it.

Reason why I'm asking is that I want to add descriptions in the colored bar over my forum category.

I'm pretty good with html but this php app is kicking my butt!
