Looking for a script to show threads on external pages

Version: vbulletin 4.0.3 + vbseo 3.5.0 rc3

I'm looking for a script to display latest active treads by last post date on external pages.

vbexternal does not work with vb4 (plus limited features) and vBadvanced is way over the top.

Display:

Member avatar (including online status)
Thread title (plus link to thread)
Member name (possibly including drop down for profile ext)
Last post date
Thread description

Code:

Parse BBCodes
Be able to set the forums category's and amount of threads to be displayed.
To use vbulletin’s css (blog style).
Use vbseo for the urls

I'm already using an external login so this could possibly be integrated in some way.
