The "reply with quote" feature isn't working the way it used to. Instead of quoting the previous thread and coloring the background in a light blue tint, it just provides a statement saying Originally posted by.......

Is this related to a setting I may have changed?

More likely a mod you have installed, because I can't think of any setting that would do that. While the styling may be different, when I 'reply with quote' it quotes everything the person said.
