Short Registration?

Hey guys,

How do I make my registration form very short and simple? My members are mostly moms who tell me they're computer illiterate etc as a joke...I'm sure the huge vb form decreases registrations.

All i want is username, password and captcha.

Edit the template and php file associated to achieve this .
