Add data back into datastore table

Don't ask me why but I deleted everything out of my datastore table. I need to add it back in cause nothing works and I'm perma banned

Dont know how thou

Edit: Fixed.

Uploaded tools.php then ran [Usergroup / Forum Cache] Update the forum and usergroup cache
