WYSIWIG Text Editor isn't Showing For Registered Users - Existing thread didn't help

WYSIWIG Text Editor enable to Admin only.

I found another thread that walked me through but It didn't work for me.

if you want everybody to use it by default upon registration, go to AdminCP -> vBUlletin Options -> User Registration Options -> Default Registration Options -> Message Editor Interface -> Show Enhanced

When I do this last part...

run the update from Admin CP -> Maintenance -> Execute SQL Query, FYI

When I click on Execute SQL ..I get this error

"You are not authorized to execute SQL queries"

Can anyone tell me what am I doing wrong?

To run queries from your acp you need to add your uid at the config.php file at this part:
