My friends list is inaccurate.

Recently, I transferred my vbulliten database to another webserver because my hosting plan expired. I didn't transfer everything though, because the whole file with my database was 200mb too big to be backed up into php myadmin, and my forum was corrupted in one part (usergroups) due to this Megaupload/Rapidshare mod I tried to install recently. Now it seems that I should have transferred some more tables, as whenever I go to my profile it says I have 55 friends, while the box that shows my friends says my friends list is empty. I tried recounting every counter, but that didn't fix this.

Is there any way I can fix this problem without having to reinstall everything?
