Is it possible to display a few vB things like latest posts etc onto a normal web site address.

The URL is the same its just a normal page the user will arrive at before entering the forums?

I have looked all over and found nothing.

VB's CMS and some of its widgets do well at this, assuming it is all on the same website.

Thats was exactly what i was looking for today, I found this in the vbulletin articles.
