i just installed vb4 and getting this error while opening my site

Those errors are from a modification. Disable it and the errors will go away.

i had removed all modifications but getting the errors again

I just answered one of your questions up above. You need to try to consolidate your problems in a single thread or you'll drive us all crazy.

You can't be getting those errors if you have no modifications. There is no template called "cv_ffl_rss_button_in_footer" in default vbulletin.
