High Score Problem

Every now and then a user will report that the Arcade will not let them post a High-Score. I got this this morning. Any ideas?

Running Vb 4.0.2, No VbAdvanced, Running CMS.

My users are seeing this all the time. I have added in the code to index.php.
No change.

I've resisted starting a thread because I know this can be one of those "RTFM" moments, but I have and I still see the issue. I was coming here right now to start a thread when I saw this one and thought I'd just add to the pile.

If you are using vbulletin suite you need to add it to content.php not index.php

Thanks, I've tried that - and did again just now to make sure.
I've tried adding that code to content, forum, and index. At various times to each and even all three at once... just in case I was missing something.
