Thanks I have installed. And working perfectly.

But can you give special commands for admins and s.mods ?

Edit: I found it

1. How could I make shoutbox show everywhere?
2. Is it possible to make a forum block with this?

you can use Extra Shoutbox Pro
add VARIABLE
PHP Code:
{vb:raw sb_pro} 
to block you want show shoutbox
