How to Display only on the Content.php page

Here is my problem. I have been trying to install a Featured News Slider/Ad for a client on his Vbulletin 4 site. The Ad and Featured News should only display on content.php (the main CMS page). As it stands now I can get the code to work for both the News and Ad, however I can not get it to show on just the the CMS page. Giving the fact that it is suppose to be above the "Create New Article" button and below the Breadcrumb I have figured it out to be the Navbar Template to edit however once edited it changes every page.

From reading I have found the following code:

<vb:if condition="THIS_SCRIPT != 'forumdisplay'">

Whatever The Code is Here

</vb:if>

This code will make the code not display on the forumdisplay.php however it will still display on every other page (forum.php, forumhome.php etc) is there another code to have it only display on the Content.php page any help here is a big help thanks.
