Custom Status Icon for my forum. (services needed!!)

Hey guys I am new here. I hope I've placed this in the correct place. Anyway I co-run a fan-site for an actor and we recently upgraded the forum to the latest v-bulletin version. Only thing is that it looks so plain and boring aside from our nice header...

We'd like to have the

custom made (example small photos of the actor etc...) instead of using the boring vbulletin quote image... Does anybody offer any services for this sort of thing?

Edit: Or if this is easy to do ourselves then that's fine to know as well but I am just barely getting use to working with v-bulletin.
