Diagnostic states file not found on a mod file?

I had vB3 and used the plus mood plugin.
Today I am deleting all vB3 related files and continuing on with vB4.

Went to admincp/diagnostic.php?do=doversion to do a version diagnostic to see whats accepted what isn't from vB4.

Um.... what? lol - This mod doesn't even exist for vB4 and is NOWHERE on my products list or anything. Where is this coming from and why does it show FILE NOT FOUND when I deleted it? Suggestions? I have greatly reduced the number of mods and previous vB3 files but this file was the only file there. Anything I can do to clear it up?

Just kidding -- the file was going from some MD5 php that didn't show up in the list.
