Forum Signup: Skip Forum Rules + No Additional Information?

My website runs on vbulletin 3.8 (for the forum at least).

I want to increase conversions by eliminating all but the basic info needed.

How can I;
- Skip the forum rules (first screen of registration process)
- Delete the box "additional information" on 2nd page of signup?

Thanks!

PS Although I don't want to show the "referrer" box on page 2 of the signup, I do need the referral links of vbulletin to keep working.

Will seach further for hiding/removing additional info.

Nobody who has been there, done that?
