I am completely at a loss as to what this is / does. Please explain better and I would prefer a screenshot in Enlish, Please.

Not that I would install something that 3 days ago, with No Support!

Same here. All i can see is a reply Picture.. Also the Description needs to be setup up a bit more

am sorry but i didn't get it.
EDIT: oh ok i think i got it, this mod will move the tag box "which is under the message box" and put it under the subject box " which is above the message box" . so the two boxes will be next to each other.
