I forgot what this MOD is Called...Please Help

There has been a mod released..(I am pretty sure I saw it) for 3.8 that is like vbulletin.org's mod that has the Installed/Tagged/Donate/ Supported checkmark ETC... that shows up on the right side of each mod thread.

Can someone please find it for me or tell me the name of it? I cannot find it, and desperately need it,
