class_core error!

hello guy's

My forum was 3.8.4 yesterday I upgraded to 4.0.2. Before i upgrade to vb -4 i just disable the plugin/hook system and my vb-4 upgrade perfectly after that i just enable the plugin system so i am getting this error

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ')' in /home/malluparadise/public_html/forums/includes/class_core.php(4010) : eval()'d code on line 167

I'm not sure what to do. That allowed me to get into the vbulletin admin area. So I disabled the plugins/hooks. Then I went and reinstalled the upgrade files but still i am getting the same error . so i tried to admincp >> Diagnostics>> Suspect File Versions

it's showing

forum.php File not recognized as part of vBulletin
index.php File does not contain expected contents

I am getting this error for only ****/forums/index.php if i tired ***/forums/usercp.php or memberlist.php it's working perfect !!! please some one help me .......
