VB4 navtabs in v3.8

I am using v3.8.4 and was wanting to use a navtab system like what is in v4.

Does anyone have any suggestions - thanks!

I have found this script:

but can't figure out a way to include a THIS_SCRIPT array in it to keep the right tab selected
