need to add another button where you go to post

right i have some bbcode which i want to creat a button for in the page you get after you clock post or reply, i want to automatically insert:

[mp3] [mp3]

into the post so the member only has to put the link to the mp3 they wish to play but i cant seem to work out how to do it so was wondering if someone can help me please?
