I trying to figure out the VBulletin sections but can't seem to get it right, I have read through all the pdf docs but still can't seem to get my required layout right.

I have a site at www.ctwug.za.net as you can see on the homepage there is a Welcome article now this is fine, I always want that to display at the top. Problem is I now want all my news to display beneath that.

I have setup a different section for the news but it still does not display, any help would be appreciated.

Can't you just use the Content Manager to set the display order for that article to 1? All your other articles will show beneath it.
