CMS - Change Section tab

I would like to change the Sections tab (CMS) to something more relevant to my site.

Could someone please point me to where I can do this?

No. I would like to change the word Sections to something else e.g. Suppliers.

I found the element, but not where it is located to change it.

In Chrome if you right click and inspect element - I can determine that what needs to be changed, but I cannot find the class="category_nav section_header"

Phrase type - content management system
Exact Match - yes
